Pihlajalinna

When visiting Pihlajalinna, a member of the health insurance fund pays a deductible at the medical centre. Examinations ordered by a doctor are reimbursed in accordance with the rules of the fund. For MRI and CT scans, a referral from a specialist is required.

Dental visits must be paid for by the member and reimbursed by the fund.

The L&T Sairauskassa does not reimburse occupational health care.

Physiotherapy

Members of the fund only pay a co-payment of 20% of the cost of physiotherapy services in the provider's offices. There is no office fee. The benefit can be obtained by presenting a Kela card with the Workplace Fund code 48017.

To be eligible for reimbursement, you must have a doctor's prescription for physiotherapy (Kela form SV 3FM).

However, lymphatic treatments are not covered by the contract and must be reimbursed by the health insurance fund.

According to the fund's rules, physiotherapy is reimbursed up to 10 times per calendar year.

Pharmacies

By showing a Kela card with the number 48017 of the workplace health insurance fund at a contract pharmacy, the member can get access to Kela-reimbursed medicines free of charge.
